Q: How can I reserve a party?
A: To book a party, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve your desired date and time online, which requires a deposit payable by credit card. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and can be paid to the performer in cash or via Zelle.

Q: Which locations do you serve?
A: Our services are available in several locations including Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Santa Clara, Chicago, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, Delaware, Boston, Raleigh, New Jersey, and New York.

Q: Are the costumes shown on your website the ones worn at the parties?
A: Absolutely! Our characters will arrive at your party wearing the costumes displayed on our website.

Q: Where do you source your costumes and wigs from?
A: We create our costumes and wigs in-house to provide an authentic portrayal of each character.

Q: Who performs the characters at the parties?
A: Our characters are portrayed by professional singers, models, and actors that are trained and hired by us. We do not hire external performers, allowing us to meticulously select and conduct background checks on our talent for a safe and genuine character experience.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for deposits, which can be made online. The balance is payable in cash or via Zelle directly to your performer on the day of the event.

Q: When should I book my party?
A: We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. We do try to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Q: What are the available times for hosting a party?
A: You can host your party any time during the week; weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays, tend to fill up quickly.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. However, you can reschedule your party for another time based on our availability.

Q: Are boys welcome at a princess party?
A: Yes, everyone is welcome! We ensure that our games and activities entertain all children, and we also offer male character options like Spiderman, Darth Vader, Superman, and princes.

Q: When should guests arrive at the party?
A: Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time with the character to ensure they don’t miss any of the fun.

Q: Can parents stay during the party?
A: Definitely! We encourage parents to participate in the activities.

Q: What is the recommended age range for party guests?
A: We cater to children aged 1 to 10 years.

Q: What is the suggested tip amount?
A: While tipping is optional, it is appreciated. We suggest a gratuity of 10%-20% of the total cost of the party package.

Q: Where else can I host the party if not at my home?
A: Alternative venues include parks, community centers, beaches, or a relative’s home.

Q: What preparations are needed for the character?
A: For a Princess Party, please prepare one chair for story time and two chairs and a table for face painting. All characters need access to an electrical outlet for our music box.

Q: What if it rains on the day of an outdoor party?
A: Please have a backup plan for indoor activities during winter or rainy seasons as we cannot perform in rainy conditions.

Q: What if the performer is late?
A: Delays are rare but possible due to traffic, weather, or construction. There’s a 30-minute grace period for delays, after which the performer will stay for the full scheduled time.

Q: How is the balance paid?
A: The balance is due on the day of the party, payable in cash or via Zelle. Remember, gratuity is not included in this.

Q: Can I request a specific performer?
A: You can request a specific performer, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, availability may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but rest assured all our performers are highly trained and experienced.

Q: What is included in the princess party?
A: Our princess parties include a variety of engaging activities such as face painting, singing, story time, princess training, and other games tailored to the age of the children attending. These activities are designed to offer a magical and immersive experience.

Q: Who will show up to my event?
A: We carefully typecast all of our performers based on their appearance and acting abilities to ensure you receive the most authentic experience possible. Our performers are selected to embody the characters flawlessly, enhancing the magic of your event.

Activities listed here are only an example of what may or may not be included at your event. Party activities are at the discretion of the performer.

Grand Entrance

The character of your choice will make a grand entrance to the party! Make sure to have your camera ready to capture your child’s reaction!

Interactive Storytime

Our character will gather the children for an interactive experience and recount their exploits and experiences!

Games

Age-appropriate games–choose from duck-duck goose, musical chairs, freeze dance and many others!

Face Painting

Our character will paint simple designs with a dash of glitter. No face shall be left behind!

Birthday Ceremony

We wrap up the party by having our character lead the Happy Birthday song and cake cutting!

Photo Opportunities

Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures! Our characters will be available for any and all photos right after the cake cutting.
